In collaboration with Sudaka (Bodhiyoga International) we offer a yoga retreat, the «Call of the Forest» (13 – 19 July 2026)
A showcase of Bodhiyoga best practices and we present yoga through various modalities. Classical Hatha/Vinyasa, Remedial Yoga and Yin Yoga seemlessly exploring meditation and mindfulness throughout the day. We practice as much as we can «outdoors in the nature» enjoying the beautiful grounds of Suryavana Retreat Centre.
Integral to the retreat is the creative art of Padmashalin’s “fibre-fuelled” vegan/ vegetarian cuisine emphasising simplicity, complete nourishment, with international influences, cooking from whole food ingredients.
The retreat is set in the context of the Satipathana (Mindfulness) teaching and the programme includes a thorough introduction to meditation practice based in this approach.
Here’s an outline of the programme.
I want to “go back to basics” around Satipathana practice. Especially given we have some new students with us. Also I’d like to have a “get together” each afternoon at five to go into themes.
