Úna Higgins has been doing retreats with us for many years in Dhanakosa, Scotland. She did the 200 hour teacher training in 2015.Originally from Ireland, Una now lives in Greece and is a Social Work and Psychosocial Support Specialist in the Humanitarian field, focusing on unaccompanied refugee children. Over the past few years, she has become increasingly interested in healing trauma and distress through the body, and uses her BodhiYoga practice to influence her work with distressed children, and their families.

Anna Mehta  discovered yoga 25 years ago, when her mother took her to an Iyengar class. Over the years, her experience has deepened to include other forms of yoga and meditation.
